Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

As a Client Relations Representative at UiPath, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. This is a remote work position based in Washington, D.C., US. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level role should have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Provide support in the implementation of client projects and initiatives- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:- Resilient and resourceful attitude in handling challenging client situations- Strong decision-making skills and ability to plan strategically- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships- Ability to work independently in a remote setting- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
