Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:We are looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team at Walmart, working remotely from Houston, Texas. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This position is part-time with an associate level seniority, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video calls to address any questions or concerns they may have- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty- Monitor client accounts and proactively reach out to address any potential issues- Provide regular updates and reports to management on client feedback and satisfaction levels- Collaborate with colleagues to come up with innovative solutions to improve client relations and drive business growth

Requirements:- Personality traits: Must be independent and hardworking- Soft skills: Must demonstrate innovation and strong planning abilities- Previous experience in client relations or a similar role for at least 4 years- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
