Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Eversource Energy is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address any questions or concerns they may have- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues that may arise- Prepare reports and presentations on client satisfaction and account performance- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Strong analytical and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Hardworking and energetic attitude- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Excellent problem-solving skills
