Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software. Provide product demonstrations or training sessions to clients as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or account management is a plus but not required. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs.
