Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team at Hess in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, have excellent time management and planning skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and problem-solving- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services- Assist with marketing campaigns and events to promote client retention and growth

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong time management and organizational abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
