Job Description:
Affirm, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to work from home in New York City, New York. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
As a Client Relations Officer, your responsibilities will include managing relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and updating client information as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must be reliable and driven, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You must also possess strong teamwork and cooperation skills, as you will be working closely with other team members to ensure the success of our clients.
