Client Relations Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Relations Officer to join our team at Apple in New York City. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time position with an Associate Level seniority requiring at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups- Identify client needs and recommend products or services that best meet their requirements- Address client complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to improve client satisfaction- Work independently to meet and exceed client expectations

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Independent and confident personality traits- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
