As a Client Relations Officer at Asbury Automotive Group, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationships between our company and our clients. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Austin, Texas, US.
Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide them with a seamless experience- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client retention and expansion- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client relations
Requirements:- At least 4 years of experience in a client relations or similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and resourceful personality traits- Demonstrated innovation and leadership in previous roles- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
