Job Description:

Gap is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be based in New York City, New York, and will work remotely. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.2. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with current clients.3. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth.5. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, and make recommendations for improvement.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights.7. Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2. Proven track record of success in client relations.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4.
