Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

United Natural Foods is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Officer for a part-time remote position in Los Angeles, California. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and video conferencing- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to meet client needs and achieve revenue goals- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction- Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account status- Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on them- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve services- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client relationship management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 2+ years of experience in client relations or customer service- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and confident personality traits- Strong adaptability and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Availability to work part-time hours remotely
