Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Client Relations Officer to join our team at DHL in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the Client Relations Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and maximize customer retention.3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client projects and initiatives.4. Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate new services or products.5. Monitor client accounts and track key metrics to assess performance and identify trends.6. Provide input and feedback to enhance product offerings and service delivery based on client feedback.7. Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction to management.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to effectively manage relationships with a diverse client base.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. Strong organizational and time management skills.7. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
