Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Officer to join our team at Consolidated Edison in San Jose, California. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Prepare reports and presentations for management on client satisfaction and retention metrics- Assist with client onboarding and training processes- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field- Confident and hardworking personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and decision-making skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
