Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team at Netflix as a Client Relations Officer in New York City. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with customers- Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions to any issues that may arise- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction- Create and maintain client profiles and records- Assist with client onboarding and provide guidance on using our services- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred- Passion for customer service and client relations
