Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

C3.ai is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Relations Officer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless communication.5. Coordinate with the sales team to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.6. Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction and retention metrics to management.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Proven experience in client relations or customer service.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Excellent planning and organization skills.5. Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with others.6. Motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs.
