Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team at Mattel in Columbus, Ohio. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.2. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.3. Develop client retention strategies to ensure long-term loyalty.4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver services to clients.5. Track and report on client satisfaction and feedback to improve service quality.6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.7. Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role.3. Confident and dedicated personality traits.4. Strong project management and adaptability skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
