Client Relations Manager - Work From Home

We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team at Applied Materials. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Dallas, Texas, with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior.

Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet client expectations- Develop client retention strategies and implement plans to increase customer loyalty- Monitor customer feedback and conduct regular client satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement- Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities- Provide regular reports and updates on client relationships and account activities to management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or account management- Energetic and resourceful personality traits- Strong problem-solving and innovation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
