Job Description:
Zocdoc is seeking a part-time remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven, with excellent persuasion and time management skills.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction- Understand clients' needs and requirements, and work with internal teams to develop solutions- Manage client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and issue resolution- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and retention- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Flexible schedule with the ability to work remotely
