Job Description:News Corp. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of relevant experience in client relations.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and increase client retention- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services- Monitor client satisfaction through surveys and feedback, and implement improvements as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to clients
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field- Energetic and dedicated personality traits, with a passion for building relationships and exceeding client expectations- Strong persuasion and research skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others- Proven track record of success in client relations or account management- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
