Job Description:

CMS Energy is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and proactively seeking opportunities to add value to their experience with our company.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns- Proactively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels- Identify trends or patterns in client feedback to improve overall client experience- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop client retention strategies- Monitor client retention rates and take corrective actions as needed- Prepare reports and presentations to update senior management on client relations activities

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- At least 5 years of experience in client relations or account management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Energetic and motivated personality- Strong attention to detail and research skills- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships- Familiarity with CRM software and tools- Experience working in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
