Job Description:
DuPont is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings- Understand the needs and requirements of clients and work to address them effectively- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction- Provide regular updates on account status and performance to senior management- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or similar role- Strong communication and presentation skills- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Driven and adaptable personality traits- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to travel as needed
