Job Description:

Time Warner is seeking a Client Relations Associate to work from home in Seattle, Washington. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and individuals who are adaptable and confident in their abilities. The Client Relations Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and provide solutions- Proactively identify areas of improvement in client relations processes and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction- Assist in the development of client-specific strategies to address their unique needs and preferences- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement- Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain a database of client information for future reference- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve client relations processes

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field- 1+ years of experience in client relations or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Critical thinking and strategic planning abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High attention to detail and organizational skills
