Client Relations Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Molina Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and timely responses to inquiries.2. Provide support and assistance to clients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing necessary services.3. Conduct research to identify client needs and provide creative solutions to address them.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.5. Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:1. Independent and reliable work ethic, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.2. Strong research skills and creativity to develop innovative solutions for clients.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other software programs for data entry and client communication.5. Prior experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field is required.
