Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

WeWork is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a strong sense of resilience and reliability, as well as excellent people management skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive outreach- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve our services- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients- Provide support in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our processes and systems- Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments and renewals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Exceptional people management skills with a high level of emotional intelligence- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients- Experience working remotely and managing client relationships virtually- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances- Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
