Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ashland is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based remotely in New York City, New York, US. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolutions.- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.- Assist in developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client developments to provide informed support.

Requirements:- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Adaptable and energetic, with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.- Attention to detail and excellent planning skills.
