Mosaic is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate in a remote work position. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and address any concerns.- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients.- Assist in the resolution of any client issues or escalations in a professional and timely manner.- Conduct research on industry trends and client preferences to provide valuable insights to the team.- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention.- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.- Meet or exceed performance targets related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations.- Hardworking and independent with a strong work ethic.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively.- Team player with a cooperative attitude.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
