Client Relations Associate

Job description:

Sears Holdings is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role is part-time and entry-level, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns- Provide timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person- Resolve client issues and ensure their satisfaction- Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests and provide solutions- Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and strengthen relationships- Assist with sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Adaptable and dedicated personality traits- Strong analytical skills and ability to cooperate with others- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred- High school diploma or GED required
