Job Description:
Lithia Motors is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a part-time entry-level position that does not require any prior experience.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and timely responses to inquiries and concerns- Assist clients in understanding the products and services offered by the company- Coordinate client meetings and follow-up on action items- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention- Provide feedback to clients and internal stakeholders to improve processes and services
Requirements:- Adaptable and independent personality traits- Strong negotiation and presentation skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
