Job Description:We are currently seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team at Sears Holdings in Chicago, Illinois. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role requires a high level of energy, independence, and the ability to effectively persuade clients to make decisions in favor of our company.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to better serve clients- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus- Energetic and proactive attitude- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
