Client Relations Associate

Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

The Client Relations Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes responding to client inquiries, resolving client issues, and maintaining client records. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and have strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities of the Client Relations Associate include:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients- Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns- Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues- Developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction- Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Providing feedback on client needs and preferences to the appropriate teams

Requirements for the Client Relations Associate position include:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred- 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
