Job Description:
As a Client Relations Associate at Voya Financial in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.2. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.3. Assist clients with account management, including processing transactions and updating information as needed.4. Analyze client data and provide insights to help improve overall client satisfaction and retention.5. Participate in planning and executing client events and meetings to strengthen relationships.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients and provide them with valuable insights.
