Client Relations Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

Edison International is seeking a passionate and adaptable Client Relations Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and excellent customer service- Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently and effectively- Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives- Track and report on client satisfaction metrics- Provide support to the Client Relations Manager as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong planning and organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
