Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conference to address their needs and concerns- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive client relationships- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise- Manage client accounts and keep detailed records of interactions- Assist in developing client retention strategies and initiatives- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide insights to clients- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the client relations department
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Motivated and reliable with a positive attitude- Strong people management skills and a teamwork mentality
