Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Dover in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a related field. The Client Relations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Client Relations team in managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Assist in managing client accounts and relationships- Handle incoming client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses- Collaborate with various departments to address client needs and concerns- Coordinate client meetings and events- Assist in developing client communication materials- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for client engagement- Work with the Client Relations team to develop creative solutions for client challenges- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Ability to analyze data and identify trends- Creative problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
