Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requests• Track and update customer agreements• Resolve customer issues• Coordinate onboarding tasks for new customers• Maintain documentation sites• Develop and manage job process documentation• Review and oversight of professional services time entry• Handle special billing requests• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
• 2 years of related job experience required• Strong consideration for IT field experience• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills• Excellent writing skills• Practical knowledge of Office 365 applications• Ability to multi-task and provide quality service• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Comfortable working with customers and resolving conflicts• Highly organized and meticulous• Team player with a collaborative and flexible attitude
