In this spirit of teamwork and growth, we are seeking a Client Planning & Relationship Manager to join our team in our Louisville office. We specialize in developing sound retirement strategies, and our Planning & Relationship Manager is often the first point of contact with potential clients. As such, this role is the most important mechanism we possess in creating and maintaining lifelong client connections.   This position is ideal for someone who can focus on the details while switching gears often, and who wants to gain experience in financial planning while learning the life cycle of the business.

Job Responsibilities Help manage front office operations in a small business environment
Service client needs as determined through client and/or Financial Advisor interaction
Assist Financial Advisor with client communications including phone calls, email, and meetings
Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with client base with the main focus on service, operations, and client satisfaction
Act as a primary point of contact for incoming clients and maintain positive relationships with existing client base
Assist in developing annual client review materials
Maintain accurate and complete client information in database
Collect and house all client documentation and other materials with confidentiality and care
Act as liaison between content providers and customers
Interact with operations team on all case requirements and follow-up
Develop and maintain written systems of all activities
Participate in daily morning advisor meetings and training
Attend all training and information-sharing meetings scheduled for the operations team
Attend firm client events when appropriate
Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies
Other duties as assigned
Successful Candidates Must Have :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field preferred (or commensurate career experience)
Experience working in a professional office environment
Experience working with a Financial Advisor
Experience working within the Financial Services industry is preferred
Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Orion Redtail, SalesForce.com, Client Works, QuickBooks, Retire Up, E-money, etc. preferred
Strong usage of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision
Analytical and research skills
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
Desire to provide the highest quality of service
High level of attention to detail
