As a senior-level Client Success Manager, you will develop and strengthen relationships with clients by understanding their needs; remaining in regular, thoughtful, contact; and by functioning as their advocate within the organization. You'll support clients by providing them information about their performance through various reports, addressing escalated customer support issues, and identifying growth opportunities. You'll partner with other teams internally to help achieve client goals, and every day will bring the opportunity to meet new and exciting challenges.
We're looking for a solution-oriented client success / account management professional. Self-starters thrive in this role, especially when they understand the value of working as a team. Responsibilities Include: Supports a set of assigned TI client accounts. Assembles and reviews quarterly client reporting needs that may arise including highlighting key performance trends, KPI achievements and contract requirements. Provides regular insight to internal stakeholders regarding account status and progress on agreed upon goals, including highlighting at risk-clients and supporting the ideation and implementation of tactics to overcome the gaps. Collaborates with the sales and business development teams on client feedback and opportunities including referrals. Analyzes business review data for client base performance and improvements and prepares and leads for internal and client presentations. Works cross functionally to ensure implementation of key components of client projects and to address customer issues. Actively seeks and executes additional Product and Services placement, account expansion and revenue growth with clients. Monitors key performance metrics and indicators to track the success of clients' engagement with our solutions. Balances the interests of the business with the needs and expectations of clients. Supports the achievement of contract renewal rates by providing clients with exceptional service experiences; Takes ownership of client contract renewal results, proactively engaging with clients well in advance of contract expiration. Qualifications Include: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of prior account management, client success or customer service experience required with Travel industry or closely related experience highly preferred TECHNOLOGY: Strong computer/technology skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentations with Microsoft Office, Google Business Suite or similar required; literacy with basic computer operations, file maintenance and standard office tools such as email, calendars and video meetings required; knowledge of CRM programs and Concur Travel & Expense preferred. EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Communication Initiative Client Focus Reliability and Accountability Problem Solving Planning and Organization This is a remote position which will be located at the associate's permanent residence.
