Job Description NIQ provides the world's most complete and clear understanding of consumer buying behavior. We have an open Client Manager position on the Walmart Strategic Initiatives team to help our client unlock NIQ's full suite of analytic solutions.
This is a small but mighty team. We work collaboratively across Walmart's Merchant, Customer and Tech teams as well as other internal verticals such as Retail Strategic Initiatives, Retail Analytics, Product and Ops, and Thought Leadership.
To be successful, we are looking for an aspiring leader who will help us by 1) owning the delivery of our incremental services to emerging clients and 2) supporting internal transformation & change.
Responsibilities:
You will help us earn and retain our preferred partner status; Complete analyses using
NIQ and secondary data to develop insights that drive client outcomes; Develop a point
of view and subject matter expertise in up-and-coming topics; Actively participate in
client discussions, insights presentations, and sales pitches.
You will also serve as an extension of our client's teams; Help them unlock the Full View
and strategically embed our data into their respective areas; In the process, identify
enhancement or new service opportunities; Liaise with product and tech teams as our
voice of the customer; Support our go-to-market strategy and execution.
Ensure each stage of our operating rhythm is accurately documented in the system e.g.,
white space, pipeline/forecasting, competitive intelligence, wins, and feedback etc.

Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in data analytics / account management Proven track record of developing consultative client relationships Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Dynamics/Salesforce Organized and results-oriented with excellent attention to detail Comfort with ambiguity and change Above all else, a growth mindset Additional Information
