Responsibilities
• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing clients within the Healthcare space• Source, screen, interview, and introduce candidates to clients• Ensure accurate and up to date candidate records within CRM• Utilize social media to promote job openings and find new candidates• Adapt to challenging situations and be solution-based oriented• Communicate effectively with providers regarding job opportunities• Negotiate with candidates• Cold-calling clients/candidates
Requirements
• 2+ years of successful performance in Recruiting• Creative and motivated approach to create, maintain, and grow book of business• Coachable and willing to learn• Goal-oriented and organized• Knowledge in the medical space preferred• Ability to meet weekly KPI's• Must have a computer and cell phone• This must be your ONLY job• Must utilize and market HealthPlus Staffing on LinkedIn• Must be available during normal business hours• Must be ALL-IN
