• Deliver a personalized and remarkable experience for clients• Answer client questions and provide servicing options• Resolve inquiries and transactions for Financial Reps and clients• Handle phone and transactional responsibilities with confidentiality• Foster professional relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty• Use available resources to complete routine cases• Connect with clients and see things from their point of view• Exhibit a customer-focused approach to a variety of customer situations• Effectively and accurately complete routine cases• Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy standards
Requirements
• Associate's degree in business or related field• Previous customer service experience preferred• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of calls/case load• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks• Ability to welcome change and embrace continuous improvement• Desire to continuously learn and improve• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to provide options• Demonstrated computer experience with solid keyboarding skills• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications• Successful completion of any required testing
