Responsibilities
• Oversees daily operations at the Reston Center and CSB system• Supervises administrative staff in revenue cycle management tasks• Ensures adherence to financial/reimbursement policies and procedures• Coordinates administrative needs of the Reston center• Responds to inquiries regarding client records and procedures• Maintains high level of customer service to consumers• Coordinates with other Reston tenants on building navigation• Responsible for scheduling and monitoring staff development• Functional areas: administrative behavioral health/medical care, meeting/appointment coordination, office supervisory/management or electronic health records
Requirements
• High school graduation and 3 years of administrative support experience• Experience in behavioral health or healthcare setting preferred• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills• Ability to travel and carry up to 25lbs• Ability to conduct screenings on individuals entering CSB facilities
Key Skills Needed
