Clerical Support Associate Location Hybrid remote in Wayne, PA : Responsibilities: Provide clerical support to the office staff and management team Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong excel skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Job Details: Full Time: M-F Pay: $20.00 per hour Duration: 6 months Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
