• Provide word processing and data entry/retrieval• Type correspondence using MSWord and other word processing software• Type forms and generate form letters• Merge form letters with mailing lists• Schedule appointments• Perform online data update and verification of existing records• Perform online creation of new records• Perform online modification of records to correct mis-keyed or mis-related data• Print predetermined management reports• Answer inquiries regarding case-related information
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Eligibility to receive a Public Trust• Ability to work on-site• At least 1+ years of filing and administrative experience• Effective communication skills
