Responsibilities
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Program Specialists, Faculty, and Director• Assist with CPL program research and infrastructure development• Collaborate on Social Media platform development and content creation• Prepare marketing materials for special events• Plan and implement community outreach activities• Perform general clerical support and data entry• Collaborate with staff and prioritize workflow• Maintain confidential files and information• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Strong organizational, time management, customer service, and communication skills• Basic office operations knowledge and clerical skills• Experience with Google Workplace, Canva, and Social Media platforms• Experience with marketing, word processing, typing, and spelling preferred• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Good listening skills and proactive communication• High school diploma or equivalent• Minimum one year of clerical or administrative assistance experience• Ability to lift light to medium weight materials• Ability to operate a computer and general office equipment
