• Perform detailed cleaning tasks• Handle housekeeping needs for residents moving in or out• Maintain property grounds• Follow cleaning product and usage guidelines• Maintain a safe and organized work environment• Assist with unit inspections• Provide courteous and efficient service to residents• Participate in MRD Apartments training
Requirements
• 6 months of related training or experience• High School diploma or GED equivalency• Ability to pass a criminal background check• Excellent customer service skills• Willingness to embody MRD Apartments Core Values
