Sales Executive - Cleaning Services

Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate New Business: Seek out and secure new business opportunities through proactive market research, networking, and engaging with potential clients.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both commercial and residential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Strategic Sales: Utilize consultative selling techniques to address customer challenges and effectively promote our cleaning services.
Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by actively networking, qualifying leads, and assessing customer requirements, ensuring we meet or exceed sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our sales team, contributing to collective success and sharing best practices.
Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients and stakeholders.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, conversions, and account revenues in our CRM system.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and differentiation.
Travel: Attend conferences, events, and client meetings as necessary to foster business relationships and explore new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Previous sales experience, ideally within the cleaning industry or related sectors, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-Motivation: Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, capable of working independently from a home office or remote setup.
Technological Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient sales management.
