Responsibilities
• Follow Friday's cleaning standards• Dispose of trash• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment• Dust and clean windows, counters, tables, and woodwork• Maintain cleanliness of restroom, building perimeter, and parking lot• Work with a team and individually to complete cleaning tasks• Follow food/health safety precautions• Perform duties as directed by management
Requirements
• Previous experience cleaning restaurants and equipment• Ability to work with team members• Professional appearance and conduct• Thorough and detail-oriented• Adaptability and ability to take direction• Strong work ethic and initiative• Ability to lift and carry items up to 70 lbs• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe frequently• Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
