Class C Driver

Class C Driver Location Waddell, AZ : UNIS is one of the largest & fastest growing Logistics companies , we are looking for qualified Company Drivers. As a Company Class C Driver for UNIS Transportation, you will transport non-Hazardous freight to our extensive clientele. This is year-round work, with consistent volumes picking up and delivering. This is Monday through Friday (1st shift) In Waddell, AZ Duties and Responsibilities Greet customers with friendly and positive attitude. Meet daily pick-up and delivery schedule Detecting freight damages at the time of pick-up. Data entry via hand device Working in tandem with the company policies. Maintain company vehicle appearance. Completing all tasks as assigned by the dispatcher Use of hand truck, pallet jack and forklift When not on a driving assignment , assist in the warehouse with general labor tasks Assist with unloading and loading trailers Assist where ever needed to help generate revenue Other duties as assigned. Skills and Specifications Should have excellent written as well as verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with co-workers Familiar with receiving and shipping processes Friendly and positive customer skills. Familiar with Windows Operating systems and or hand held devices Job Qualifications
High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution. Pass Background Check / Drug Screen Valid Driver's License Able to work in a warehouse environment. Able to lift to 50 lbs. Ability to sit for long periods of time.
