Class C Compliance Coordinator JobLead the Compliance Team efforts with applications and self-assessments for various compliance standards such as HITRUST, HIPAA and the NIST CSF.
Assist and coordinate Compliance efforts with third-party audits for Sepire's audit programs including, but not limited to, SOC 2 and HITRUST.
Develop compliance communications, content, and trainings for Sepire's internal compliance program.
Serve as the main contact and project manager for customer due diligence requests.
Serve as a channel of communication to receive and direct compliance issues to appropriate resources for investigation and perform resolution as required.
Conduct vendor due diligence assessments and risk management activities.
Draft and develop compliance processes and corporate policies in line with Sepire's Standards of Conduct and Policies & Processes.
The Job Duties Are As Follows
Provides guidance for the Sepire teams on matters relating to compliance and vendor risk management.
Implements all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the compliance team's objectives for maintenance of an effective compliance program.
Maintains policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Cloud Services, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Dispatch etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels and perform investigation and resolution.
Consults with Department Transportation Manager & Compliance to resolve compliance and/or legal issues and provides support to other departments in regard to vendor due diligence and customer due diligence.
Works with Dispatch departments (e.g. Product, Cloud Services, Accounting, etc.) to complete customer due diligence questionnaires and forms.
Develops documentation for Sepire's internal compliance program and internal compliance processes.
Tracks progress and completes vendor due diligence assessments and applications to various compliance standards and attestations.
Provides support to Sepire's Compliance Team for internal and external audits.
Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program and related activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
Serves as a point of contact for customers, vendors, consultants, and auditors.
