Several clients who specialize in Heavy Civil construction and infrastructure development are currently searching for skilled and devoted Heavy Civil Project Managers to join their team. The ideal candidates should have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality projects, with a focus on safety and excellence. They should be capable of transforming visions into reality.
As a Heavy Civil Project Manager, you will have a crucial role in overseeing and managing large-scale civil construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This includes supervising subcontractors, managing project budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Heavy Civil construction.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and completing large Civil projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience in supervising subcontractors.
* Proficiency in project management software with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including tools like Procore, Viewpoint, or similar heavy civil construction software.
* Hold OSHA 30 certification.
* Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
