LHB is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Public Works Structures and Survey TeamPosition will be based in Duluth or Minneapolis, Minnesota officeOpportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive, and socially responsible environment

Responsibilities
• Foster relationships with existing and new clients to drive growth• Support project pursuits and proposals in roads & highways and municipal markets• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, technicians, and landscape architects• Monitor project budgets, staff utilization, and financial targets• Manage municipal and roadway projects of various complexity, scope, scale, and budgets• Respond to requests for proposals for professional engineering services• Lead public meetings and serve as a communication resource• Provide direction for construction administrative process of design projects
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college• 5-10 years of Civil Engineering experience• Working knowledge of MnDOT or MnDOT State-Aid and local agency specifications• Professional Engineer licensure• Strong communication skills• Ability to evaluate, plan, direct, manage, and oversee projects• Ability to complete pre-employment requirements
Key Skills Needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Working knowledge of AutoCad Civil 3D or Microstation Geopak/ORD• Ability to develop and maintain client base
